Rates may vary depending on the layout, number of beds and wet areas, equipment, cleaning frequency, condition of the property and location. A final quotation will be provided after an inspection or detailed consultation.
Included in the Basic Cleaning Rate
- Cleaning of guest rooms, living areas, floors and furniture surfaces
- Cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, washbasins and kitchens
- Linen replacement and bed preparation; linen rental is charged separately
- Basic checks of tableware, appliances and Wi-Fi equipment
- Checking remaining levels of consumables and guest amenities
- Sorting rubbish and moving it to the property’s designated collection area
- Checking and reporting lost property, damage and equipment issues
- Photographic report after completion

Same-day cancellations are charged at 100% of the basic cleaning rate. A seasonal surcharge may apply during the New Year holiday period, Golden Week, the summer holiday period and other peak dates.

Yes. We can arrange linen and towels according to the bed sizes and number of guests.

Yes. For multiple rooms in the same building or several separate properties, we will prepare a proposal based on cleaning frequency and travel requirements.
